If you want to perform stunning card magic that no other magicians have access to, this new advanced memorized deck course shows you our complete system…
If this course doesn’t show you how to perform easy memorized deck magic from a borrowed, shuffled deck—even if you’ve never so much as glanced in the direction of a stack before—we’ll refund you DOUBLE the money!
Dear friend,
If you don’t have time to read this whole page, here are the most important things you need to know about this new project…
A memorized deck or stack is one of the most powerful tools in card magic, a secret system used by many of the world’s most respected (and successful) magicians to perform incredible magic.
The Skyscraper Method 2.0 is a course that features our new and improved memorization system that allows you to learn any stack in a matter of 20 minutes, 40+ insane effects, hours of theory and something that’s NEVER been taught anywhere else before…
…a completely original method for performing easy memorized deck magic from a borrowed, shuffled deck.
The Skyscraper Method 2.0 genuinely has the power to transform the way you perform card magic for the rest of your life, no matter your skill level. It takes one of the most powerful tools in card magic, the memorized deck, and makes it simultaneously far more accessible and far more powerful.
We made it because over the last four years of teaching and performing with the memorized deck, we’ve discovered there are four problems preventing magicians taking their magic to the highest level.
Here are the problems, along with their solutions…
Problem 1. Memorized deck magic normally cannot be comfortably performed impromptu nor can the deck be shuffled for obvious reasons.
Solution 1. We’ve innovated a method for performing memorized deck magic of varying levels from a borrowed, shuffled deck. While it’s not easy, it’s 100% possible and we’ll demonstrate it in action in the course. For anyone already familiar with memorized deck magic, this is something we’ve never seen before.
Problem 2. Many otherwise incredible magicians simply can’t face the upfront work of memorizing an entire deck of cards.
Solution 2. We teach you a system we borrowed from professional memory athletes that, once learned, will allow you to learn any stack in a matter of minutes. Rather than rely on brute force, this system taps into the brain’s natural wiring and ability to remember certain things while barely trying.
Problem 3. Many magicians start trying to memorize a deck and give up before they finish (without realizing that even with just 6 or 13 cards memorized they had a whole world of memorized deck magic at their fingertips!)
Solution 3. We’ve built this course so that you can start learning incredible effects from the very start. If you can memorize 6 cards, you can perform all of the effects taught in the first module. Once you’re confident with 6 cards, we’ll show you what you can do with 13 cards. And so on until the full deck is at your fingertips.
Problem 4. Some learn stack in order to perform one or two specific tricks but aren’t sure where to find the many more incredible effects they could quite easily pick up (this is a little bit like spending a year lifting weights just to carry your groceries from your car to your house once)
Solution 4. We’ve have compiled 40+ effects (many of which are original and can’t be found elsewhere) in this course along with full performances and tutorials. Some effects are so easy that even if you’ve never worked with a stack before you’ll be able to perform them instantly, others are more advanced and work with principles that even experienced memorized deck magicians may not be aware of.
If these all sound like strong claims, we’re also backing up their course with the craziest refund guarantee we’ve ever seen. If these methods don’t work for you, we’ll refund you double the money.
We’ll share all the details on why we made this course and all that’s included below, but for those who are already ready to take the next step, feel free to go ahead and buy now.
For those who want to hear the full details, including effect descriptions and performances, keep reading…
Four years later, introducing The Skyscraper Method 2.0…
We’ve always thought the memorized deck is without a doubt the most powerful tool in all of card magic.
(For those of you who don’t know, a memorized deck is exactly what it sounds like—52 playing cards in an order you’ve memorized. When any card is named you instantly know where it is in the deck, from 1-52.)
But over the last 5 years of selling memorized deck training courses and apps, here are the problems we’ve found with it.
1. Mem deck magic normally cannot be comfortably performed impromptu nor can the deck be shuffled for obvious reasons.
2. Many otherwise incredible magicians simply can’t face the upfront work of memorizing an entire deck of cards.
3. Many magicians start trying to memorize a deck and give up before they finish (without realizing that even with just 6 or 13 cards memorized they had a whole world of memorized deck magic at their fingertips!)
4. Some learn stack in order to perform one or two specific tricks but aren’t sure where to find the many more incredible effects they could quite easily pick up (this is a little bit like spending a year lifting weights just to carry your groceries from your car to your house once)
We’ve spent years researching these issues and figuring out how to solve them, and in this course we’ll share those solutions with you. Here they are…
Solution 1: Memorized deck magic but you don’t care if they drop the deck or shuffle the cards halfway through your set
For years we’ve been trying to create a method that will allow you to perform mem-deck magic ‘on the go.’
For example, if we walked into a room and someone handed us a deck of cards, we wanted to be able to start performing instantly—rather than hiding in the toilet for 5 minutes setting up our stack and hoping nobody noticed that we took the cards with us.
This course contains all our thinking and ideas on the method we eventually settled on.
It’s not perfect, and it won’t entirely replace the memorized deck, but when added to your repertoire as yet another ‘tool’ we’re confident it will let you perform incredible mem-deck level magic from a shuffled deck.
It’s not:
* Dependant on anything other than you or your spectator having a deck you can use.
* Easy (this will take you some time and practice to get down.)
* A gimmick, an app, or a cheat sheet.
The more you train this technique, the more you’ll be able to achieve with it.
This is a method you’ll carry in your mind ready to deploy anytime, anywhere—meaning it’s COMPLETELY invisible.
We can’t say this enough though.
If properly applied, this can enable you to perform mem-deck magic 100% impromptu from a borrowed, shuffled deck—anytime, anywhere.
For example, here’s some more evidence of this principle in action:
Please remember these tricks were performed without using any preset memorized stack, from a completely shuffled deck.
(the above video, although cut down includes the WHOLE method)
Solution 2: A method for the magicians that are tired of saying “one day I’ll learn the memorized deck”
How often have you heard yourself saying “No I still haven’t learned the memorized deck, I’ve been meaning to?”
We’ve all been there, there’s no shame in it.
We live busy lives and learning complex magic can often be pushed to the bottom of our very long to do lists.
However, seeing as the mem deck is literally the most powerful tool in card magic, it’s really not worth sleeping on.
In 2020 we released a course containing something we called ‘The Babylon Secret’. This method used the same principles studied by memory-athletes worldwide to give customers, once the method was learned, the ability to memorize any order of cards (also known as a stack), in a matter of minutes.
Here are some of the reviews people gave when we first taught this method:
“The best method out there to learn a mem deck. Period.” – Louis
“I had already independently memorized a popular stack before purchasing this resource. But, I wanted to see how efficient it would be to memorize a second stack, and I used [this] method to do it! This is an incredible resource!” – John Burns
“Reenergized the mem deck for me. Showed me how to apply a variety of techniques that help you not only memorize a single deck order, but multiple decks. Bravo!” – Jonathan Lebowitz
The biggest flaw with our original method was this:
Making the leap from sequential memory (i.e reciting the order of the cards in the same way you can recite the alphabet) to instant recall (i.e if I ask you for the 16th letter of the alphabet, can you tell me?) wasn’t as smooth as it could have been.
In this updated training we modify our initial approach so that by the time you’ve memorized the deck sequentially, you can also ‘drop in’ to any position and name the card at that position.
We also don’t want you to overlook the other huge benefit of this method—that you can use it to memorize ANY stack. Our memorization training isn’t tied to any one stack.
(In fact, you can use it as many times as you like, with as many different memorized decks as you like.)
To prove we really believe this is the best method possible for people new to the memorized deck, we actually recorded ourselves learning a new stack from the ground up in just 20 minutes…and then used that same stack to perform effects straight away.
Solution 3. How to perform ‘memorized deck’ magic without actually memorizing a deck.
Fun fact:
Approximately 68% of the tricks we teach in this course don’t require a complete stack.
With our course there’s ZERO need to memorize the entire deck to get started. If you’ve previously tried learning a stack and only achieved a ‘partial’ knowledge of it—we’ll show you how to use that partial knowledge to start performing today.
For example, many magicians don’t know this but it’s perfectly possible to start performing tricks even as sought after as an Any Card at Any Number with just 6 total cards memorized.
We firmly believe anybody is capable or memorizing 6 cards, meaning this course is accessible to absolutely anyone.
None of our tricks bar one are stack dependent, so learn ANY combination of 6 cards and you’re good to go.
We also teach you a whole range of effects you can perform using just 13 cards in a memorized order, along with some incredibly powerful effects possible with a ‘half stack’ i.e. 26 cards.
The number of memorized cards we use in our effects increases as the course progresses—from just 6 all the way to 52.
We wanted to give people new to memorized deck work something they could sink their teeth into from the very start, rather than forcing them to wait until they have the whole deck memorized. Doing this gives you a chance to perform right away and see the power of these principles—which in turn should give you more motivation to finish the job and memorize the rest of the deck.
NOTE: we don’t want you to think the effects that use more cards are necessarily stronger than the effects that use less cards. In fact, some of our favorite effects are in the ‘13 card stack’ section.
Solution 4. No more takebacks. We really can’t make memorized deck magic any easier (or stronger).
Now let’s get into the real ‘meat’ of the project.
The effects.
There are close to 50 effects in this project, along with a ton of techniques and theory. Here’s a quick compilation of magic performed based on this course…
(Some of the magic in this video was done using the ‘Jazz’ principle, but don’t worry we’ll teach you that in the course!)
We’ll share effect descriptions and more details below, but first we wanted to feature some of the feedback we’ve received to our memorized deck effects…
“After much procrastination, I purchased The Skyscraper Method and can now perform mem deck effects that I could only previously dream about. Thank you Jacob and Benji!”
– Louis Hirshorn
“The effects they showed me, explained in the Skyscraper Method, left me amazed.”
– Danny Goldsmith
“Very interesting. I’ve never seen anything even close to this in print.”
– Andy Choy
“It’s simple. If you want to take your magic to the next level you have to learn this principle.”
– Jim T
“Absolutely fantastic. This really makes me VERY EXCITED. … I think Simon Aronson would be proud!”
– Arthur Poon
“Always wanted to learn memorised deck now I have, and some of the effects are devious, would highly recommend”
– Jamie Weir
“I gotta say…. that is really impressive. That must’ve taken so much time to figure out. Really great stuff here.”
– Kevin Gao
Effects
NOTE: Many of the following effects (although not all) can easily be done from a shuffled, borrowed deck using the principles we teach in the course.
A.C.A.A.N. or ‘Any Card at Any Number’
One spectator names a card. Another chooses a number. In a deck that has been in full view the whole time, you count down to the chosen number to find, impossibly, the card named.
This effect has long been called the ‘Holy Grail’ of card magic, and it’s a plot that we’ve always been fascinated with. The memorized deck allows you to perform the cleanest A.C.A.A.N that we know of, and in this course we of course teach you how.
But it’s not just that.
We also wanted to figure out how we could perform an A.C.A.A.N that’s equally strong without using a full stack. So throughout the course we’ll teach you how to perform this incredible effect using either a half stack, quarter stack…or just 6 cards in stack!
(or even starting from a shuffled deck)
Blue Herring
This course features a couple of variations on an effect inspired by Ben Earl. Here’s what they look like…
Variation 1:
You shuffle the deck and hand it to the spectator. They deal cards to the table, and you explain that they can shuffle the deck while they deal—or even deal from wherever they want in the deck. They stop dealing whenever they feel like it, leaving a pile of randomly dealt cards on the table.
The spectator now picks up the pile of cards and deals again. Again you tell them to stop whenever they like. They look at the card they stopped on.
Despite the most apparently impossible of conditions, you can instantly tell them the card they’re thinking of.
Variation 2:
In this effect, you never even touch the cards. The spectator simply cuts the deck, takes the remaining cards and starts dealing them. As they deal they shuffle the deck periodically.
Eventually they stop dealing, leaving a pile of cards on the table. You ask them to square up these cards and then cut this packet of cards. Once again they take the remaining cards and deal, stopping when they like. They look at the card they stopped on.
Once again, under even more impossible feeling conditions…you correctly guess the card they’re thinking of.
Thought Card From Pocket
You shuffle and then spread the cards for the spectator. They look at a single card without naming it out loud.
You place the cards in your pocket and ask the spectator to count down from 10. Before they reach zero, you announce that you’ve found their card in your pocket.
The spectator names their card and without hesitation you remove a single card from your pocket—revealing that it’s the card they’re thinking of.
This trick originates with Jean Hugard, however we adapted the handling for this course.
Trickery
Your spectator takes a packet of cards and places them in their pocket. They remove one, look at it, and put it back. Then they remove the cards and give the packet a couple of cuts.
You take the same packet, place it in your pocket, and remove one card.
Somehow, even though the spectator never named their choice…it’s the same card!
This trick was inspired by an effect called Trickery by Theodore Annemann however uses a completely different method.
Instinct For Cards
The spectator cuts the deck, looks at their card, and replaces it. Then THEY shuffle the deck. Yet you somehow still know the identity of the card.
Inspired by the effect originating with Jean Hugard and Frederick Braue, with some differences.
Chan Canasta’s ‘Pockets’
This is an effect we’ve always been fascinated with. It looks something like this…
The spectator cuts the deck anywhere they like and takes two cards. They place one card in each pocket.
First, you attempt to name the cards. Next, you ask the spectator to tell you which pocket they would like each card to be inside—even offering them the chance to change their mind.
Whatever they decide…the cards, exactly the ones you named, appear in the pockets called for by the spectator.
We also show you our system of ‘outs’ whereby you drastically minimize the chances of this trick failing. This is something we found missing whenever we tried to learn this effect before.
We explain a simple subtlety (that takes less than 5 seconds) you can do during this routine that can lead to the incredible kicker ending featured in the performance video above.
Weighing the Cards
The spectator cuts the deck anywhere they like, and places that packet on your hand. You ‘weigh’ the cards and then name how many cards you’re holding. You count the cards to show that your guess is exactly right. You repeat this as many times as you like.
Usually this trick requires a full memorized deck, however we show you a streamlined handling that can be done with a quarter of the cards you would normally need.
Color Sense
The spectator cuts the deck and holds the cards out of your view. You tell them, one at a time, the color of the cards as they remove them from the deck.
Once again, we’ll show you simple ways to perform a trick that many would assume requires a complete stack.
Think Stop
Your spectator takes any card, replaces it, and then cuts the deck a few times.
You tell them that you’ve been tracking their card and think it’s currently somewhere around the 20th position.
You then tell them that you’re going to count down from 20 in your head, and they should tell you to stop whenever they like. When they do, you’ll name out loud the number that they stopped you on. For each number you count down, you say that their card will travel to that position.
Let’s say they stop you and you say ‘7’.
You deal 7 cards to reveal the chosen card.
This trick was another idea from Jean Hugard and Frederick Braue that we combined with the principles taught in this course.
Marlo Spades
You split the deck in two, and hand one half to your spectator. You both shuffle, swap packets, and then you shuffle these two packets back together.
Next, the spectator cuts the deck, looks at their card, and replaces it.
Without anything else happening, you can spread through the cards and figure out the chosen card.
This is based on an idea from Ed Marlo. The conditions for this effect are ridiculously clean, however it’s one of the more difficult effects to pull off.
Chudna Harmony
In the course we teach three variations on a Hofzinser plot called ‘Strange Harmony’. Here’s what they look like…
Variation 1:
Your spectator names any card. You pick up a shuffled deck and give them a few chances to ‘find’ their card. Each time they pick a card, it’s revealed not to be the card they named.
Eventually you lay the selected cards out on the table and say that even though it doesn’t look like they found their card…they actually did.
To prove it, you take another deck that has been sitting untouched on the table the entire time. One at a time, you deal the value of the selected cards.
(For example, if they chose a Seven, a Nine and a Five, you deal seven cards, then nine, then five more.)
You turn over the card you dealt to to reveal the freely named card.
(and no—this isn’t just using forced cards.)
Variation 2:
One spectator picks a card and remembers it before replacing it in the deck. Spreading the cards face up, you then ask your other spectators to try to find the chosen card. They select a handful of cards that aren’t the chosen card.
But then you pick up a second deck that has been in view the whole time and count down the value of the selected cards.
The card you end up with is the chosen card.
(we also show you how to flip this routine so it begins with YOU placing a card aside face down, and then asking your spectators to try to find it—with the same kicker ending. This version works even if you’re performing for one spectator.)
(again, this isn’t just using forced cards.)
Variation 3:
In a shuffled deck, four spectators freely select four cards from a face up spread. Next, you ask the spectators to select one card to place aside.
In a second deck, you count down the value of the three remaining cards.
The card you deal to in this deck and the card placed aside are an exact match!
Out Of This World
This is one of the most popular effects in magic, with a twist…
You begin this effect by shuffling and spreading the cards face up to show that red and black cards are mixed throughout the deck.
Next, you withdraw cards at random and have your spectator guess whether they’re red or black, placing them in one of two piles based on their answer.
You finally turn over the piles to show that they somehow correctly guessed every single card…
…except one.
In another deck, you spread the cards to show that the one card they failed to guess is the only face up card.
(note: the kicker ending is optional for this one)
Instantaneous Card Memory
Your spectator begins by shuffling the cards. Next, you separate the cards into red and black.
You announce that you’re going to try to memorize one of these piles. (Let’s say you’re memorizing the red cards.) The spectator picks up the red packet and shuffles them thoroughly.
You deal through the red cards and attempt to memorize them.
Once you’re done, you turn the red cards face down and prove that you’ve memorized them by naming them one at a time.
You apologize that it took you so long to memorize the cards. You explain that you were distracted by also trying to secretly memorize the black cards.
You take the black cards face down and again name every single card correctly!
This effect is based on one from Theodore Annemann but with a big difference.
Packets
You allow multiple spectators to grab packets of cards from various places in the deck. Once by one you name every card held by every spectator!
This is the trick that Juan Tamariz, one of the ‘founding fathers’ of the memorized deck, says to do for an entire year before you do anything else. In the right hands, it’s incredible.
Any Card At Any Dice
Your spectator names any card, then rolls some dice. You count down to the result of the dice roll and reveal the chosen card.
This is a fun variation on the ‘A.C.A.A.N.’ effect and will help build your confidence and fluidity with the memorized deck.
Albania
This trick is usually performed with three or four people.
In this description, we’ll imagine we’re performing for four people…
Before the effect starts, you ask your audience to freely name any card—which you’ll come back to later.
You split the deck up into four packets and hand them out. Everyone shuffles their packet, looks at any card, and swaps their chosen card with someone else. They shuffle their packets again and you collect them all back up.
You spread through the cards and can not only name the four chosen cards, but WHO chose which card.
Just when everyone thinks the effect is over, you remind them that they named a card at the start of the performance.
In another deck that has been sitting on the table, you count down the value of the four chosen cards.
You slowly turn over the last card to reveal the card named at the beginning of the effect.
In the video above we perform this effect with three spectators and handle it slightly differently…
Ultimate Lazy Man’s Card Trick
Here’s what this effect looks like…
You lay all 52 cards out on the table face down, and ask your spectator to try to select a red card. Next you ask them to select a Club. Finally you ask them to select a Queen.
You turn the three cards over to reveal a red card, a Club, and a Queen.
This is a clever little effect that we’re very proud of. The way this effect looks will likely be different each time you perform it, and you can ask the spectator to select more than three cards if you wish.
Polygraph
The spectator shuffles the cards, then cuts them. Then they spread through the cards so you can’t see them, and start naming the cards they see. Whenever they like, they can lie to you about the identity of a card. Somehow…you ALWAYS know when they’re lying.
Final Countdown
The spectator cuts their deck as many times as they like, before cutting face up. Once they do, you make a prediction in your notepad. Next, you cut your deck and turn it face up.
Your cards don’t match, but at this point you read out the prediction you made beforehand.
What does it say?
“Your right card will find my wrong card, and my wrong card will find your right card.”
To demonstrate, you use the identity of the card you cut to to deal cards, ending up on their card.
E.g. You spell out ‘King of Clubs’ to land on their card.
In other words, your ‘wrong’ card found their ‘right’ card.
But even more impressive, when the spectator deals the identity of their card…they end up on the card you cut to!
(Their ‘right’ card found your ‘wrong’ card!)
There are ZERO forces, and this works for EVERY card in the deck—right in the spectator’s hands.
These are just some of the MANY effects taught in this course and that’s just the effects.
Here’s just a tiny taste of everything else you’ll learn in our theory and general teaching sections…
* The 4 ‘core’ categories of effects you can create using a memorized deck (there are others, but we think these are the MOST powerful)
* The ‘Jazz Band’ secret to creating routines that make your audience FEEL like they’re seeing real magic (this is admittedly a difficult idea to ‘grasp’, but once you do—you’ll be rubbing shoulders with the best magicians of all time)
* The ‘key card’ concepts on steroids (if you can just understand THIS, the power of your effects will be miles ahead of most magicians)
* Why the ‘secret identity’ of playing cards makes performing incredible magic laughably easy.
* Why a creaky elevator in Boston tells you everything you need to know about the danger of NOT making your mem deck invisible.
* The 8+ different ‘greases’ we use to make it nearly impossible to spot we’re using a stack.
* Why it ‘pays’ to act like you don’t care (Dani DaOrtiz does this all the time, and it’s genius.)
* Why you have more control over the audience’s attention than you might think (even if you don’t know the first thing about ‘misdirection.’)
* How to ‘estimation cut’ to any card in the deck .
* A variety of false shuffles (that you can ‘mix and match’ to your preferences.)
* How to implant ‘false memories’ into your audience.
* How to make the audience SWEAR they shuffled the deck (when really, everything was under your control the entire time.)
* A simple tip that puts the classic force on ‘easy mode.’
* The ‘Pg 146’ secret to maximising the power of the faro (this literally feels like ‘cheat codes’ to magic)
* The one faro shuffle fact that audiences have ZERO clue about (this is so astonishing that it almost feels UNFAIR)
* An alternative method for people who can’t do a perfect faro shuffle (that achieves the exact same thing but is basically foolproof – even your spectators can perform this shuffle)
* How to genuinely shuffle the deck yet simultaneously place a key card at every 4th position (trust us when we say this is going to be VERY useful)
* A variety of forcing techniques (all of which come in handy for some of the most powerful mem deck effects!)
* The power of the ‘divided deck’ principle (this principle is SO easy to learn, but creates almost infinite possibilities)
* A 30-minute ‘Jazz class’ that might genuinely be the most valuable teaching in the whole course when it comes to performing engaging and fun impromptu magic.
Here’s some of the kind praise we’ve received for our teaching on the memorized deck…
There’s so much information there that you can take as much or as little from it as you want […] it’s basically a library.”
“You’ve got all these building blocks you can just keep building upon, it opens up another world…”
– Steven Bridges
“The whole idea is great. The consecutive course structure makes it really easy to follow. I am not finished yet, but I already learned more about the memorized deck then in the last 5 years. The teaching style is also very casual and even not being a native speaker I understand everything.
Two cool guys just changing the way you see card tricks. And casually opening a new dimension to magic.”
– Tamlin
“Now I have a powerful tool that doesn’t take up any extra pocket space that helps me perform real magic.”
– Randy H
“The overall structure of the training and the insights provided have been invaluable. I’m a big fan of memorized deck work and the applications covered in this program are excellent.”
– AK
“I have loved learning all the tricks. There have been various skill levels that I can start on and continue to build up to. I’ve learned new ways to think about the memorized deck. There’s not just one way to apply it to tricks, that there are properties that go well beyond what card is where.”
– B.H
“I was surprised how much I retained in such a short time. The memorized deck is such a powerful and INVISIBLE tool that is angle proof!!”
– P.L
Bonus: Our Memorized Deck Mystery Box
Back in late 2020, we set a goal of creating a memorized deck effect every day. In total we created nearly 100 memorized deck effects. Many of these were nothing special, but a handful of them had great potential.
In this package you’ll get access to 10 bonus effects not taught in the course, including…
Effect 8: Pharaoh
One spectator names ANY number. You give the deck a genuine shuffle, place it on the table, and don’t touch it again. Another spectator picks a card from a different deck. Of course, the chosen card is found at the named number in the shuffled deck.
Effect 2: Benji’s Book Test Bonanza
Your audience chooses a book from your shelf. You tell them they’re going to use the book to pick a card, in a totally fair way. They flick through the first 52 pages, and can stop on any one of the pages. Whichever page they stop on, they note the page number. They also note the first word on the page.
Whatever that number is, they deal that many cards to the table and stop on the card they come to. (you’re not even in the room for this whole part!)
Once you return, there’s surely no way you could know the card. Yet, not only do you reveal the exact identity of the card…
You also tell them the WORD they were thinking of!
Effect 14. Blue Sea Passover
The spectator deals off 16 cards from a blue deck and 16 cards from a red deck. You shuffle both packets. The spectator freely selects a packet. The spectator then freely selects a card from their chosen packet (we’ll use red for this example) and then shuffles them.
You deal through the red packet face up, telling your spectator to say ‘yes’ in their mind when they see their card. You hand them the packet back, facedown on the table. In a stunning display of mental power, you correctly reveal the identity of their card.
Without doing any extra moves, the red-backed chosen card magically vanishes from the spectator’s packet and appears inside the packet of blue backed cards. Everything can be instantly examined by the spectator!
This bonus will be sent to you free of charge when you purchase The Skyscraper Method 2.0.
Bonus Two: The Original Skyscraper Method
When you purchase, we’ll also send you the course that inspired all of this…the original Skyscraper Method.
When we were making The Skyscraper Method 2.0, we took the best of the first version and included it. But there were a good number of effects and material that, while solid, we left on the cutting room floor.
We felt like it was a shame to leave them entirely out of the picture though, so when you buy we’ll also give you access to the original course…including 100k words on the memorized deck, and 7 video modules of teaching.
Now onto the cost…
For a quick recap of what’s included in ‘The Skyscraper Method 2.0’ you can watch the video below…
Here’s a quick summary if you can’t watch the video:
Simply, this course is broken down into 5 modules.
We have structured this course to make it as EASY as possible to master the memorized deck, which means each module builds on what you’ve already learned.
– Module One features our memory system, used by memory athletes worldwide.
– Module Two features 10+ tricks you can perform with 6 memorized cards.
– Module Three features 10+ tricks you can perform with 13 memorized cards.
– Module Four features 10+ tricks you can perform with 26 memorized cards.
– And finally Module Five focuses on 14+ effects you can perform with a full stack.
PLEASE NOTE: Every module features teaching on how to perform the effects with our completely impromptu method.
We want to make it very clear however, that this method is not easy and becomes progressively harder throughout the course.
If you already perform full stack effects, you should not expect to instantly be able to apply this method HOWEVER, we promise we will show you how theoretically you could.
Throughout the course we also weave in all the other theory, techniques and principles we think you need to know to master memorized deck work.
Each module contains around 3 hours of content.
(Although the first, containing only our memory system, is a lot shorter!)
The entire course features approximately 15 hours 10 minutes of content.
Many of the methods, effects, and theory featured in this course are completely original to The Daily Magician.
So, onto price:
This is the part where we’re supposed to do the usual song and dance where we tell you how if each of the 45+ effects is worth £7 and the other techniques and theory are worth a minimum of £100 then the whole course is worth at least £415…but honestly we’d rather just speak from the heart for a second.
The original Skyscraper Method was the very first product we properly produced and sold as a business. Benji had just turned 20 and Jacob 21. We were two young & naive kids who had NO idea if we were going to be able to achieve our dream of creating a successful magic company.
It was because of you, our clients, who believed in us and invested in that course that we realized we might just have what it takes.
As a result, we’ve always had a special place in our hearts for The Skyscraper Method.
(P.S. If you own the original course and are currently wondering if this course is simply a refilming of the original OR whether it’s new content—it’s the latter. This course is a major overhaul and while it shares some similarities it’s honestly hardly recognisable.)
We’ve ALWAYS wanted to come back to it and ‘do it properly’, and we’ve spent the last few years thinking about how.
6 months ago, once we had a clear idea, we dedicated a couple of weeks to filming the project, then spent many more months editing and refining it.
(The 15 hours you see on the front of this course reflects hundreds more that went into it.)
The end result is a project that we think is our greatest contribution to card magic to date.
We wanted to make a product where customers could theoretically say to themselves
“If I had paid £1000 for this, I would feel like I got my money’s worth.”
Honest question—how would you price something like this?
Yeah…
We didn’t know either.
But we did know that we don’t just want this project ending up only in the hands of those who have pockets deep enough to afford it.
So, for the next few days days only and in celebration of Black Friday, we’re selling this course for just £87.
We don’t know if this is stupidly underpriced but we do think it’s the best possible deal we can give you and still feel ok with it.
The price will never be lower than this.
And don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten our refund guarantee.
We’re so convinced that you will love this project and find it to be the best value for money on the magic market…
…that if this course doesn’t show you how to perform easy memorized deck magic from a borrowed, shuffled deck—even if you’ve never so much as glanced in the direction of a stack before—we’ll refund you DOUBLE the money!
Here’s how that works…
You might be thinking, couldn’t this bankrupt you?
Well honestly, only a very small amount of people ever refund our products, let alone refund them because they couldn’t perform the magic we offered.
Obviously, we reserve complete disgression over the refunds if there was some massive influx that would clear our out bank account (for obvious reasons, it’s in our and your interest for us to stay in business!)
For customers who for a legitimate reason either cannot understand or cannot implement the method we teach, we will refund you double the price you initially paid.
We’re doing this as a gesture of good will and confidence in our product, and we’re sure the majority of our customers will respect that.
However, to help prevent the small minority that might be tempted to abuse this offer, we will want to verify with you that you legitimately studied the material in the course and made an effort to implement it.
This course isn’t easy, and it will take time to master. Just because you can’t immediately perform these effects doesn’t mean you won’t be able to with time.
It’s important to make a disctinction between the effects and the impromptu method.
While many of the effects are genuinely easy, the impromptu method will be hard in the beginning (although it will get a lot more straightforward with time and practice!)
So we’ll also ask you to kindly wait at least 60 days before asking for the double-refund to make sure you give yourself time to really give it the time and attention it deserves.
When you do email us asking for the refund, we’ll email you back with a few questions about the material in the course. For anyone who has genuinely studied the course, it should be straightforward to answer.
Once you respond with the information we’re checking for, we’ll issue you a full refund via our payment system and then ask you for your PayPal details in order to send the second refund.
Please don’t try to take advantage of this system. We will only be granting this to people who can prove they genuinely wanted to learn the methods taught in this course but couldn’t, and so if you try to claim this offer without doing so you’ll simply waste both our and your time.
(And to protect us legally we should mention that this offer is promotional and does not constitute a legally binding obligation.)
Of course, we should point out that our usual LIFETIME ‘no questions asked’ refund guarantee still stands. So even if you don’t study the course or quality for the double-refund, we’ll always honor our policy of refunding the standard amount without asking any questions.
Meaning if you buy the course and immediately decide it’s not for you, you’re still able to refund this course for LIFE and instantly get your money back, no questions asked.
Here’s what a recent customer had to say about our policy:
“When I decided a certain trick was not really for me, I was immediately offered a refund with no questions asked. So ordering is risk free, which gives clients absolute confidence when ordering.” – Trevor
In summary…
All that being said, there is as you can see, GENUINELY no reason to not take us up on this incredible offer.
We honestly might remove this ‘double-refund’ offer at any time as we genuinely don’t know if it’s a silly thing to do.
(we’ve never seen anyone else do it and there are a lot of obvious reasons for why this could be a really bad idea!)
However if you’re reading this, we haven’t taken it down yet and it does currently apply.
Please take it as a gesture of good will and don’t abuse our trust, and we’ll be more likely to keep it.
We can however guarantee that the price of £87 will be valid for the duration of the next few days.
After that this product WILL increase in price, this offer will not last long.
