A deck of cards is shuffled and turned over several times, responding to various “Stop!” commands given by a spectator, to determine a number and the thought of a card which is magically found in the deck. But the miracle will happen a second time, when everything will be interpreted in reverse!

The title refers to a semi-automatic effect with cards, in which the magician invites a spectator to say three different stops at three different points in the deck. For each of them, turn the deck over at the exact point of the ‘Stop’ and, at the end, turn the whole deck over to extract the first cards from the center and, through them, allow a spectator to secretly think of both a number and a card, generated at random. Once the deck has been restored and cut, the spectator is invited to count that number of cards and will magically find the card. Not yet fully satisfied, the illusionist turns face up the cards that had determined the various choices and asks what would happen if they were read opposite. Then turn the remaining deck of cards over to the opposite side, placing them face up, and repeat the entire procedure of turning them over three times to three new stop points freely indicated by the spectator. Incredibly, counting the face-up cards in the middle up to the new number indicated, also the second card will be found!
