I met Féodor at the French National Magic Congress in Arcachon in 2018, and I was immediately drawn to a detail that was anything but minor: he was using Mnemonica in a routine performed late at night, casually on the street, on a sidewalk. That’s what true passion looks like!

I later discovered his work more deeply through a first lecture recorded for Virtual Magie, available here on Magic VOD. I was captivated by his approach and the intelligence behind his ideas.

Féodor is a mentalist whose approach is built at the intersection of card magic, observation, and spectator psychology. His work stands out for its constant pursuit of simplicity, logic, and efficiency: doing more with less, prioritizing structure and reasoning over an accumulation of techniques.

Above all a card specialist, he develops a form of magic where cards become a genuine medium for mind reading, prediction, and deduction. His mentalism is concrete, credible, and grounded in handling and deep knowledge of the deck—far from flashy gimmicks or overly mystical presentations. His main focus is how an experience is perceived, understood, and lived by the spectator.

A specialist in memorized decks—particularly the Mnemonica stack—Féodor fully exploits the possibilities offered by this tool to create strong, coherent, and elegant effects where everything has a purpose. Technique is never showcased for its own sake; it serves a concept, a demonstration, a mental experience.

During this duo lecture, held on March 6, 2026 at 8:00 PM, Féodor presented an exploration of card magic oriented toward mentalism: predictions, impossible readings, progressive constructions, and reflections on how to make these experiences credible and impactful in real-world conditions. A thoughtful, direct, and deeply structured approach to magic.

As with previous duo lectures, my role was to engage in dialogue with him—questioning his choices, comparing our approaches, and offering variations or complementary ideas. This format was not a simple lecture, but a lively conversation enriched by interactions with participants attending live.
