Thumb Prince!

“You’ve heard of poker cheats marking cards, right? Do you know the best card marking method? Thumb prints!”

A spectator has a completely free selection of a card. She touches the back of the card with her thumb. The backs of the cards still look exactly the same.”

“What? You don’t see it? I bet the audience will be able to see it.”

The performer spreads through the cards with the backs towards the audience, asking them to say stop when the see a marked card. Suddenly, the entire audience yells STOP in unison, as they burst in laughter.

Then it’s shown to Mary, and her reaction is another strong laugh. It’s her selection.

“See, Mary, it’s right there. I feel bad you didn’t see it. Let’s try it again.”

And so the trick is repeated, but with a KILLER ending that floors a lay audience.

Boom!
